In the Fall of 2002, Potter Hill Homes opened Cityscapes at the Mills of Carthage in Cincinnati Ohio. This is an excellent example of an historically styled neighborhood recreated using modular housing. In a housing market similar to that in Austin, these homes list for $139,000 to $282,000 and range from 1,200 to 2,300 square feet not including basements and capes.
