INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Melton Engineering and Homebuilders - Indian Creek Homes. This is a new company dedicated to the production of high quality, socially acceptable, environmentally responsible, artistically pleasing homes. 

 

Today’s home market is completely out of control.  At least, that’s the way it seems to me – Bruce Melton, Owner of Melton Engineering Services Austin and Melton Engineering and Homebuilders.  And the entry level houses being built today are about as artistically pleasing as a dead armadillo in the middle of the road.  Not to mention the relatively low quality of entry level homes today. 

 

I have four goals For Melton Engineering and Homebuilders:

 
bulletTo provide the Austin area with high quality homes, with a high level of finishes and amenities for the entry and mid range home buyer.
bulletTo create homes reminiscent of our ancestors. Homes that don't have a giant garage as the minor architectural aspect of the home. Homes that are beautiful, with traditional artistic styling and values.
bulletTo create homes that are environmentally efficient, long lasting, durable and with a low maintenance requirement.
bulletTo create homes that are more affordable than my competitors.
